A passionate coach with a mission to help women reconnect with their strength, confidence and self-worth through movement and mindful nutrition.

After her own journey of learning how to fuel her body, lift with intention and break free from toxic diet culture, Evelyn became committed to teaching other women how to do the same.

She joined JTBFit to be part of a coaching team that stands for empowerment, education and long-term transformation - not just quick fixes, Through her 1:1 coaching style, Evelyn helps women feel strong in their bodies, confident in their skin and proud of the way they live and lift - on and off the platform.

Dr. Brittany Claus is an assistant coach with JTBFit and a chiropractor based in Dallas, Texas, where she runs her own practice.

She specializes in prenatal and postpartum training, supporting women through pregnancy and into recovery while helping them stay active and build strength in a way that feels good and makes sense for their body. She keeps things practical and intentional, helping women train in a way that fits their life without feeling overwhelming or restrictive.

With JTBFit, Britt helps women build strength they can carry into everyday life, without overcomplicating the process. She’s passionate about helping women feel empowered in their bodies and supported through every stage.
